In rang 1/2 we begin to learn letters and numbers. To best remember theses letter/numbers we use a multisensory approach. These include activities that engage our senses. These children use their hands to physical make the letter/number and feel how it is shaped. They move around the room in search of words beginning with letter sounds and collect amounts. They use shaving foam that triggers memory through both touch and smell.
